Do you hate the gym and spending hours out of your day to work out, just to keep that holiday tummy from coming in? Well here are some ideas of how you can work out and burn off some fat with out really "working out".
One of the most important and easiest things you can do for your body is to Drink Water!!! Ice cold water!!! Only water!!! Nothing Else (Yes this means not coffee, hot chocolate, lattes, nothing)!!! Drink water and lots of it!!!
Drink the recommended glasses of ice water and more. Drinking 64 oz. (approx. 8 glasses) to 1 Gallon of water per day slims you down, makes you feel better, makes you feel fuller and is just all around good for your body.
The next thing you can do that's not to difficult are the following: Stand, Walk everywhere you can, Take the Stairs, Pace and Fidget! And this can be for anyone, especially the corporate busy bodys.
Stand- If you're sitting all day at work, try to standing some.
Pace- If standing isn't too bad or just doesn't do it for ya, this is the next step.
Walk everywhere you can- If you can walk to lunch, do it.
Take the Stairs- Take the stairs, not the elevator, not the escalator-- the stairs.
Fidget away! and those with restless leg syndrome, more power to you.
For those stay-at-homers, work-at-homers, whatever here's what you can do: clean and redecorate.

Hey, and if all of this doesn't wear you out or just doesn't do it for ya, you can always watch TV (BUT DON"T USE A REMOTE) and jump rope on commercial breaks, OR why not play the wii or Xbox kinect-- see the new technology of the world, isn't completely why the obesity rates shot up.
For the partiers and goer-outers this is golden.
Rollerblading
Ice Skating
Dancing
Etc.
And one last note-- don't skip meals, and don't eat after 8 pm, especially on pig out days like christmas, chritsmas eve, new years eve and thanksgiving. I guess you can probably have your little glass of champagne or cider or whatever on new years but hey, thats it.
