Dude. this works. Let me tell you.
I'ma give a couple tips to lose weight in an easy healthy way just by changing what you eat. its not a diet, not horribly strict and you don't have to eat less. And you get hott. lol.
Erica's fool proof plan:
-Fiber
-Protien
-Iron
-Watermelon
-Hott Peppers
-Fruits and Veggies
-Organic foods and fresh foods
-Vitamin D
-Other Vitamins
-Drink lots and lots of cold water
-Dont miss breakfast
-Small lunch
-Normal Dinner
-Get 8-9 Hours of sleep per 24 hours, no more no less, go to bed early, rise early, take naps but no more than an hour.
-Don't be lazy, even if you don't have time to exercise, don't sit around.
-If you do have time to exercise, JUST DO IT. Take time to go out and play, swim, walk, jog, whatever is fun to you and then after take time to get flexible and do some stationary exercises to tighten up your muscles.
