What is the world coming to?

So I went swimming with my friend Mike the other day. While I was swimming I noticed two peculiar boys who looked about eleven years old laying out in the sun. They both holding their touch screen cell phones and had name brand and designer belongings including their swimshorts. One of the boys was wearing nothing but his swimtrunks and a pair of high top brightly colored nike dunks, now if this boy was actually trying to get sun and not trying to just look cool, you would think he wouldnt want a funky shoe tan. The other boy was smarter he was shoeless, however he was also trying to look "cool". He had his Iphone turned to the highest volume and was playing some hip hop music that by the way wasn't even good hip hop it was just some gross mainstream fluff that had a curse word every other word and he was drinking a monster energy drink. It took him almost 3 hours to finish it. What in the world is the world coming to? where eleven year old boys sit out with their nice designer and namebrand clothes-- that they're going to grow out of in afew months, with electronics that will be outdated in the same ammount of time listening to trash and drinking trash to. What price people pay to look cool on the outside. Hopefully those boys will learn to establish some personalities and ambitions sometime soon or I don't know what the world will come to in the future.
