Directions:
There are five basic lists.
(DAILY) List new experiences, good experience, and other good things about the day.
(Make one) List of bad things in your life.
(Make one) List of good things in your life.
(Make one) List of your priorities in order from greatest to least.
(Make one) List of goals.
At the end of each list write a small entry reflecting on the list.
