Holiday Foods to Avoid

You ever wonder why you gain so much weight over the holidays, even when you don't over-do-it?
I was researching foods that will make you fat today and some of the main trends I saw in articles and studies were what I like to call "festive foods", or foods that you eat for certain occassions.
