Monday August 17th, today we left for Cali! Woo-Hoo! It’s like east coaster’s dream to go to Cali and many never get to go. So this opportunity means a lot to me and I’m so thrilled! I was so thrilled last night that I only got like one hour of sleep to I made up for it during the car ride. I was riding with Michael(Cooper), Sabrina(Sabby), and Kim. Kim was driving at first but then about three hours into the drive we stopped at In-and-Out Burger which is a total Cali Trademark place so it was cool. Me being vegetarian I didn’t fully indulge in the experience you could say but I got fries and a shake and we ate there which allowed me to get the gist of it and that’s all that matters. Then Coop had taken over driving and we continued driving and I continued sleeping until we reached Vegas then I woke up because my neck was hurting from the way I was laying against the window and good thing I did because I’d never been to Vegas or even Nevada for that matter so it was so cool. Then I passed out for about another hour and when I woke up I sung songs with Cooper all the way until we go to his house. Then I met his parents for the first time it was so fun because they’re really fun people, and they’re kind of hippie-ish and so for those who know me know that’s a plus. Then Tyler and his sister Crystal came to pick me up and I went to his house, where I would be staying and met all of his family who are just joys. We had FHE and hung out and played this game called “Last Word” which I’d never played before and I lost but that’s because I always lose those games but it was still fun cause I know I always lose so I’ve stopped caring. Haha. Then I went to bed. I’m bunking with Tyler’s sister Sarah who is such a Doll so it’s nice. Long and restful yet completely thrilling day.
